8 Data Retention

fhfun retains personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, and thereafter only to the extent required by applicable Philippine law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your active fhfun Account plus a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, as required for AML and regulatory compliance under Philippine law.
• KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of last transaction, or longer if required by regulatory instruction.
• Transaction and financial records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160 as amended) and applicable BSP regulations.
• Gaming activity logs: Retained for a minimum of twelve (12) months for operational purposes; certain records may be retained longer for regulatory or dispute resolution purposes.

12 Children and Minors

fhfun strictly prohibits use of the Platform by persons under twenty-one (21) years of age. fhfun does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21. The Platform is not directed at, designed for, or intended to attract minors.

If fhfun becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, fhfun will promptly delete that data, terminate the associated account, and take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

13 Responsible Gaming and Your Data
