1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and fhfun ("fhfun," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at fhfun.cam ("Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any fhfun service — including casino games, slots, bingo, fishing games, sports betting, or any related features — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the fhfun Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the fhfun Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real money funds held in a Player's fhfun Account wallet, expressed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, reload bonus, or other non-cash incentive granted by fhfun to a Player.
• "Game" refers to any casino game, slot title, live dealer session, bingo room, fishing game, sports betting market, or other interactive gaming product made available through the fhfun Platform.
• "Platform" means the fhfun website accessible at fhfun.cam, including all pages, subdomains, features, applications, and services operated by fhfun.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by fhfun or any relevant Philippine gaming authority, or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total betting turnover a Player must complete before Bonus funds or Bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the fhfun Platform. This requirement is consistent with Philippine law governing casino-style online gambling. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. fhfun reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. fhfun is operated for players in the Philippines and markets where access is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that using the fhfun Platform is legal in your jurisdiction before registering. fhfun does not accept registrations from players in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.

3.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one fhfun Account. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. fhfun employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts and will terminate all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein without prior notice.

3.4 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, valid Philippine mobile number, valid email address, and date of birth. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.5 Verification. fhfun may require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures at any point, including before processing withdrawal requests. Verification may require submission of a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Account Responsibilities

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fhfun login credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. fhfun will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.2 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect unauthorized access to your fhfun Account, you must notify fhfun support immediately via live chat or email. fhfun may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation upon such notification.

4.3 Player Responsibility. All gaming activity conducted through your fhfun Account — whether by you or by any person accessing your account with or without your knowledge — is your responsibility. fhfun is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to log out or secure your account on shared devices.

4.4 No Third-Party Play. Your fhfun Account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account to play or wager. fhfun accounts are non-transferable.

5 Prohibited Use

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fhfun Platform. Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform as a Prohibited Person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or other technology to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to automate betting activity.
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit fhfun's systems or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any fhfun game or service. Any such bugs must be reported to fhfun support immediately; exploiting them for financial gain constitutes fraud.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting requirements, or using the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name, or funding your account using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorized payment credentials.
• Abusing bonus offers through systematic exploitation of wagering terms, creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or any other form of bonus abuse.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code of any fhfun software, game, or platform component.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Currency. All transactions at fhfun are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). fhfun does not charge currency conversion fees; your balance, bets, and winnings are always displayed in PHP.

6.2 Accepted Payment Methods. fhfun currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank, subject to availability. fhfun reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time. All payment accounts used must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your fhfun Account.

6.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your fhfun Balance within five (5) minutes of successful payment processing. Bank transfer deposits may take up to thirty (30) minutes depending on your bank's processing times. fhfun is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Philippine banks.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of transaction. fhfun reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion.

6.5 Withdrawal Verification. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification as described in Section 3.5. fhfun processes verified withdrawal requests as promptly as possible; e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) are typically completed within the same business day. Bank transfers may take one to three (1–3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

6.6 Withdrawal Restrictions. fhfun reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or where required by applicable Philippine law or regulatory instruction. Players will be notified of any such hold and the reason therefor, to the extent permitted by law.

6.7 No Cash Refunds. fhfun does not issue cash refunds on deposited funds except where required by applicable consumer protection law or where fhfun has failed to provide the contracted service. Losses resulting from gaming activity are final and non-refundable.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Bonus Eligibility. Promotional offers available at fhfun are subject to individual eligibility criteria, including account verification status, residency, minimum deposit requirements, and opt-in requirements where applicable. fhfun reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds, free spins winnings, and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet-per-spin restrictions applicable to each promotion are published with that promotion's terms. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before opting in.

7.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through multiple accounts — constitute bonus abuse and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all bonus-derived funds.

7.4 fhfun's Right to Modify or Withdraw Bonuses. fhfun reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that existing wagering requirements already in progress are honored under the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.

8 Game Rules & Fairness

8.1 Certified RNG. All fhfun slot games and electronic table games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software provided by licensed third-party game developers. RNG certification is independently audited. The results of all certified RNG games are random and not influenced by fhfun or any player action outside the game itself.

8.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games at fhfun are operated by third-party licensed studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Asia Gaming. These studios maintain their own regulatory certifications and dealing verification procedures. fhfun does not control the dealing of live games and is not responsible for live studio technical interruptions.

8.3 RTP Publication. Return-to-Player (RTP) rates for all slot games are published in each game's information panel. RTP rates represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any individual player's outcome within any given session.

8.4 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or communication failure during a game session, the outcome of the affected round shall be void. Any bets placed in a void round will be returned to the Player's Balance. fhfun shall not be liable for any claimed winnings arising from a malfunctioning game. The decision of fhfun's technical team regarding the outcome of disputed rounds is final.

8.5 Maximum Winnings Cap. fhfun reserves the right to apply a maximum single-session or single-bet winnings cap on certain games or promotional play. Where applicable, this cap will be disclosed in the relevant game or promotion terms. Winnings in excess of any applicable cap may be reduced to the stated maximum at fhfun's discretion.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership. All content on the fhfun Platform, including but not limited to the fhfun brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, text, game integrations, and software, is the property of fhfun or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited License. fhfun grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any Platform content without fhfun's prior written consent.

9.3 Third-Party Game Content. The games available on the fhfun Platform are licensed from third-party providers. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in third-party game content beyond the right to play those games through your fhfun Account.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranty. The fhfun Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." fhfun makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose of the Platform or its content.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fhfun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of gaming opportunity, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.

10.3 Maximum Liability Cap. fhfun's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you into your fhfun Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Force Majeure. fhfun shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, labor disputes, government action, internet or network outages, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party service providers.

11 Privacy & Data

fhfun collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the fhfun Platform, you consent to fhfun's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at fhfun.cam/privacy-policy.

fhfun complies with applicable Philippine data protection requirements, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by fhfun, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Please contact fhfun support to exercise these rights.

12 Responsible Gaming

12.1 Commitment. fhfun is committed to responsible gaming and recognizes that gambling carries risk of addiction and financial harm for a minority of players. fhfun offers the following tools free of charge to any registered player: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

12.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the fhfun Platform may request self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings or by contacting fhfun support via live chat. Self-exclusion periods are a minimum of six (6) months. 13 Termination & Account Closure

13.1 Closure by Player. You may close your fhfun Account at any time by contacting fhfun support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Prior to closure, any remaining verified real-money Balance will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements, identity verification requirements, or pending investigations.

13.2 Termination by fhfun. fhfun reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time without prior notice where fhfun reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account activity indicates fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct; (c) continuing to operate your account creates regulatory, legal, or reputational risk for fhfun; or (d) you are a Prohibited Person.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account by fhfun for cause, all Bonus funds and Bonus-derived winnings shall be forfeited immediately. Real-money deposits may be returned at fhfun's discretion and subject to investigation findings, applicable laws, and any regulatory freezing requirements.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law and the regulations of the relevant Philippine gaming authority under whose framework fhfun operates.

14.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from these Terms or your use of the fhfun Platform, you should first contact fhfun support via live chat or email to seek an informal resolution. fhfun will make reasonable efforts to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

14.3 Formal Dispute Process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or dispute resolution processes applicable under Philippine law and fhfun's operating framework.

14.4 No Class Actions. You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action claim against fhfun.

15 Amendments to These Terms

fhfun reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to players via email to their registered address and/or via a notice on the fhfun Platform prior to taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the fhfun Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 13.1.
